How to reconcile work and exercise?
When I began to work about a year ago I also started doing serious workouts. Unfortunately I had to figure out that there was no worse timing.

So I completed my first week and it wasn’t too bad at all. I did 5 instead of 6 workouts and enjoyed the short runs. This will change slightly in upcoming week 2.
I’m not sure yet if I really want to (or better- if I’ll be able to) run the Munich Half Marathon but I started my preparation on Monday, so let’s see how far I can go!
Yesterday the Runner’s World Women’s Run took place in Frankfurt. I was one of the 5000 Laufwunder (Running Wonder) who ran the 5 or 8km route.
Yesterday I attended my first company run which took place near the oldest television tower in the world.
Tomorrow morning at 2:30 am the fun begins. Getting up, getting ready, “Did I pack everything?!”, hurrying not to miss the bus at 4 which brings me to Melt at Ferropolis.
I love to run along rivers and especially along the River Rhine because this is where I grew up.
