Hej Hej

and welcome to TRAVEL – RUN – PLAY! A blog about traveling on a time budget and making the most of it – Because to me no time is no reason to travel far and a lot!

I’m crriena, I work as a motion designer in a full-time job and I like lots of things. Especially I like discovering beautiful places, running and animating. This is what I love to do in my free time and what I combine in my blog.

Unofficially established in 2008

So this is not my first experience in blogging. It started with a fashion blog in 2008. After a few months I decided to leave the fashion topic to more dedicated (and fashionable) people (like my beautiful friend Jasmin from TEA&TWIGS).
A year later I felt the urge to express myself in form of a blog again and started crriena.blogspot.de, also to document my life in Melbourne where i stayed for 5 months during a semester abroad and started to love running.
I kept on travelling but stopped blogging until suddenly in 2011 I did it again!
I moved to another city and wanted to keep my friends back home up-to-date: hejmnz.wordpress.com was born and told stories about my life in Stuttgart, my roadtrip in Canada and Backpacking in Norway and Sweden.

TRAVEL – RUN – PLAY is the bottom line of all my trial-and-errors over the last few years. I found out that the things I love to do could definitely all fit into one blog. It’s colourful and chaotic but that’s how life is, isn’t it?

I hope you find some inspiration!

  1. What a great combo of themes for a blog – both things I enjoy immensely. Stuttgart is one of my favorite places too with so many places to run in parks and urban settings. Best of luck on your half marathon. You CAN do it!

    • Thank you! I really have to update this section because I’ve already run my first half marathon – but more to come !
And yes, I agree, it’s fun to run in Stuttgart – love the up and downs! :)
