So many public holidays, so much rain and again so much has happened. This month the most important thing for me was getting healthy again. A bit strength training and a short but sunny roadtrip helped a lot. In addition to my workout statistics I introduce the categories TRAVEL & PLAY in which from now on you will find my last month’s travelling and fun&play statistics!

So viele Feiertage, so viel Regen und wieder einmal so viel passiert. Diesen Monat stand gesund werden im Vordergrund, unterstützt von ein bisschen Krafttraining und einem Kurztrip in Richtung Sonne. Zusätzlich zu der Trainingsstatistik gibt es ab sofort hier auch die Kategorien TRAVEL & PLAY, in denen ich die Reise- und Spiel&Spaß-Statistiken vom letzten Monat zeige!
