I just came back from my run and I must admit autumn running isn’t as easy as in spring or summer. It’s cold and slippery and you can’t enjoy the landscape because it’s too dark to see anything. No more after work running in the forest or in the field because you better run on well lit-paths which you share with cars and cyclists. That reminds me of getting some fun blinking safety accessories! Any recommendations?
Here’s my training plan for the week – I’m really looking forward to the weekend when there’s time and light to run a nice 12k !
