Summer has come and gone and fall starts today! Nevertheless in my opinion it’s always smoothie time, so I want to share my “goodbye-summer-smoothie-creations” with you. All you need is a powerful blender like this one, some fruit, milk or yogurt/sorbet and eventually ice cubes.
There’s nothing better than a self-made smoothie after a long run. That’s why I’m gonna hit my 12k now and look forward to a great refresher afterwards!
