Half Marathon preparation Week 5

8 more weeks to go until Munich Half Marathon and I haven’t registered yet. Maybe I should do it soon…

“It’s too hot to run”- That’s what I thought continuously during yesterday’s run but I did it (although I almost quit after the first 5 km). Let’s see if I manage to find a 800m flat track in the forest to do the Intervals today without collapsing!

Tuesday – 9.5 km run (6 miles)  + + + done + + +

Wednesday – Short Intervals  + + + done + + +

Thursday –  30 minutes Yoga + + + done + + +

Friday –  6.5 km run (4 miles)  + + + done + + +

Saturday – 12.8 km run (8 miles) + + + done + + +

Sunday –  Day Off  + + + done + + +
